BV, the place to which dogs go when they retire.
Because I've been so bad recently about posting and I now have several things to say I'm going to fall back on my old friend the list. Besides, using lists is hott.
Molson, the neighbor's dog, came to work with me two weeks ago. At first she was a little confused as to why I was taking her away in the morning, but as soon as we arrived at the office, she was in heaven. What made the day an even bigger hit was that she was far and away the most well behaved dog in the building. She got compliments all day on how beautiful/disciplined she was...way to go Molson! In a few months I'll start bringing Amstel, her baby sister, as well.
I arrived in Columbia, SC last Sunday to find out that one of the girls I'm training has ringworn and that I could ad another name to the list of crazies that think I look like Tom Hanks. I just don't see it, but I did learn a lot about ringworm. "Never miss an opportunity to learn about fungus", that's what my folks used to say.
I can't wait for Thursday's St. Patrick's Day celebration (a celebration that more than likely will spill into the weekend). It looks like we should have a good crowd, green beer, and hopefully the grill going. Not only that but my return from this trip will mark the start of a nice long home-stay. Three weeks. Excellent.
All that's left is for me to enjoy this sunny, warm Sunday afternoon. If it's snowing when I get back to Michigan I'm going to cry. Snow in March after experiencing temps in the mid 70's is definitely not hott.
