oh what a world we live in

I hate days like today.

It was one of those days where, despite working in "customer service", you can only think of doing two things:

1. Punching the customer in the face, and
2. Punching your salesman/boss in the face even harder.

That's all I have to say at this time. Maybe after I relax with a beer I'll feel like telling the story. For now, glorious bud lite...
